SHIPPING POLICY

 

All areas of Australia are open for shipping with no delays being experienced in freight movement. Only in case of lockdowns there will be a delay of 2-3 days which is currently the average.

Standard Order Dispatch:

  • Orders placed prior to 12pm will be dispatched same business day. Please note we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched the next business day for all orders placed after 12pm.
  • Free shipping for all orders over $59.00. We charge one shipping rate of $9.15 per order bellow value $59.00 regardless of the number of items in your order.
  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the carrier website at any time. Please note that due to tracking links contained in these emails if you have not received it after 3 days please check your Spam folder.
  • Parcels can be delivered to residential, PO Box and business addresses Australia wide*.  
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year.
  • We utilize a variety of carriers including Australia Post and various Couriers depending on your location. 
  • Peace of Mind Insurance is offered at the checkout and covers your order for Loss, Theft or Damage whilst in transit. Orders where insurance is not purchased are covered up to a maximum of $100.00 by the carrier. Toys & Games will not reimburse, resend or refund uninsured orders.
  • Tracking numbers are updated by email and on your order status page at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
  • The following delivery times are average times in which you should receive your order, on most occasions you will receive your order earlier than the times specified.

Incorrect Addresses / Non-Collected/ RTS Orders

We ask all customers to carefully check the address for orders as re-shipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non-collection.

Please note if your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, decline to accept or non-collection, the return fee of $15 and original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.

As the majority of our freight travels with Australia Post if your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. reshipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non-pick up.

Please note Toys & Games will not refund or resend orders which are delivered to the incorrect address and cannot be reclaimed, if an incorrect address has been provided at checkout.

Bulky Items / Postcode Exceptions – large items or large orders being sent to remote & regional areas may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available. All shipping is calculated at checkout, however if you have an enquiry about shipping please contact us.
